Return & Refund
Return/ Replacement Policy
1) Raise a return/ replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong or damaged product. Please raise a request through our customer care number or WhatsApp with your order information.
2) Give us 2 working days to review your return/ replacement request. After reviewing your return/ replacement request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the product. In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner/ India Post Speed Post. We will reimburse the courier charges.
3) After your return product is received, we will verify and initiate the replacement or refund as per your requirement. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability. For refund, we will initiate your refund as soon as possible after review. After initiate your refund, you will received the amount in your original bank account within 5- 7 working days.
Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?
1) Wrong product delivered.
2) Damaged product delivered.
3) Packaging Incomplete order/ missing products.
Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?
1) Opened/ used products.
2) Original packaging missing.
3) Delivered Product is perfect.
For Return/ replacement request: YOU MUST HAVE TO PROVIDE US THE UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE PACKAGE FOR YOUR QUERY TO BE ENTERTAINED BY OUR COSTUMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE, WITHOUT VIDEO NO COMPLAINT WOULD BE ENTERTAINED.
