We use trusted courier services like India Post, Delhivery, Ekart, Amazon Shipping and others depending on the serviceability of your area.

✅ Address Verification (COD Orders Only): To ensure successful delivery and reduce order returns, we follow this process:
✓ For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will call you within 24 hours of placing the order to verify your delivery address and confirmation. Prepaid orders do not require address verification via call, and are directly processed for dispatch.

✅ Possible Delays: While we aim for timely delivery, there may be delays due to:

After making successful order, you will receive a order confirmation mail. Then you will receive order tracking mail within 1 days of order.

Do you have gift packaging options?

We offer gift wrap on some items for your job aspirant loved one.

We offer gift wrapping of some items for your job hunting loved ones. Gift wrap includes the following: Gift wrap, Decorative ribbon, Hand written or Printed message on a card.

Note that: Extra charges needed for gift wrapping.

What payment methods do you accept?

We used Razorpay Payment Gateway for accepting payment. Razorpay provides different type of payment methods, These methods include UPI (G Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Debit cards, Credit cards, bank transfers and digital wallets.

How do I cancel/ modify an order?

You can modify your order information (like- Address, Pin code, Mobile number, Email) within 2 hrs. after successful order. Also you can cancel your order till the order not shipped.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes. Our official courier partner will deliver order all over West Bengal and India. All pin code service available.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Generally there are no sign required at the time of delivery. Because we activate OTP verification for delivery. If OTP is not received at the time of delivery, then the delivery person take signature of consignee for proof. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, then we will replace your order within 5- 7 days. For more reference read our return/ replacement policy.
